Mr. Bungay was involved in $425,000 settlement for a pedestrian who was hit by a vehicle while crossing the street in a crosswalk. 

Mr. Bungay has obtained contractor's bond proceeds for several homeowners. 

Mr. Bungay obtained a judgment in excess of $150,000 for a homeowner against a contractor. 

Mr. Bungay filed suit against a two major insurance carriers on behalf of a two different clients seeking damages that were the result of the carrier's bad faith handling of the clients' fire loss claims.  One of the claims recently settled for seven figures.
