Adam grew up in Seattle and attended the University of Washington, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management. After working his way through college painting houses, he become a Project Manager for a prominent specialty contractor, working with general contractors such as Sellen, Howard S. Wright, Lease Crutcher Lewis, and Opus Northwest, building high-profile commercial projects all over the Pacific Northwest.
A "veteran" of the Evening Program at Seattle University School of Law, Adam graduated in the top 5% of his class, earning several scholarships and various awards. Since, his practice has focused on construction, real estate, and personal injury.
Moving to Issaquah in 2004, Adam and his wife, Michelle, use a wood stove as the primary source of heat for their log home. As Abe Lincoln said, "If you chop your own wood, it warms you twice."

Practice Interests
Adam started his practice in construction law, consulting with and representing both contractors and owners. He also represents parties in residential and commercial real estate transactions, closes escrow, and litigates real estate disputes. Recently, he has been involved with several real estate cases where the seller failed to disclose a material problem with the property, called fraudulent concealment.
Additionally, Mr. Bungay represents those injured by the negligence of others, especially construction workers. As a former Safety Officer and Project Manager, he knows his way around a jobsite, pinpointing key information that someone without similar experience normally overlooks. |
